Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

EB's cookies, LLC is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Do you sell your cookies?

Yes! I have an Ohio Home Bakery License and can ship to all 50 states, or you can pick up for free in Cincinnati. My home is pet-free, smoke-free and nut-free (read more about that here).

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. A minimum order of one dozen cookies of the same variety or theme for custom cookies.

How much notice is required for an order?

A minimum of two weeks is required for cusotm orders. Even if you are ordering a design from our previously created cookies, your batch is hand-decorated and baked to order. Special holiday packs are occasionally available on a first-come, first-serve basis, usually posted through our Facebook page.

How are the cookies shipped/packaged?

Orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested by the client; cost varies based on location. We do everything we can to securely package cookies, but cannot guarantee against breakage. When cookies are ordered as favors, individual cookies are packed in a cellophane bag and tied with a coordinating ribbon. If a bow is not desired, the individual cellophane bag is sealed with our product sticker. Local pick up cookies do not have to be individually wrapped. Like the cookies themselves, this part of the presentation can be customized to meet your needs.

How much are your cookies?

Cookie cost varies based on size and detail. Individual cookies range from $1.50 for basic petite cookies to $10.00 for extra-large elaborate creations. Standard packaging is included, shipping is not.

What forms of payment are accepted?

EB's cookies, LLC accepts cash, check and credit card payments (processed through PayPal™). A deposit may be requested for orders over 4 dozen cookies. Payment in full is requested one week prior to delivery date for custom orders or upon order of holiday packs.

Are your cookies nut-free?

Yes! As the mom of a tree nut allergy child, I know how stressful baked goods can be! My husband and I decided to ensure our son’s health by going to a strict ALL nut free home. You can read more about it here.

Are your cookies gluten-free?

No. Because I avoid nuts and products containing (or even coming in contact with) nuts, gluten free is not something I can do. My cookies contain several major allergens: wheat, egg, milk in the form of butter, and could possibly contain soy according to cross contamination information. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about this topic.

How long will the cookies last?

EB's cookies, LLC does not use any preservatives in our products. Cookies will remain fresh for up to two weeks if stored in an airtight container, away from heat. We do not recommend freezing them and strongly caution against putting them in the refrigerator.
